Omari Akil is a North Carolina based game designer and content creator. He is the Lead Designer of Rap Godz the board game developed by Board Game Brothas, a company he co-founded with his brother in an effort to publish more games that reach and resonate with diverse audiences.

Chris Anderson hosts The Board Game Workshop. Designer of In Vino Morte and Tempus Quest, both published by Button Shy Games. Member of the Boston Game Makers Guild and Southern Mass Game Designers. I live in Massachusetts with my wife, Mary, our dog Buddy, and our three cats, Koshka, Krypton, and Argon.

Benjamin Begeal

Benjamin Begeal is no one of consequence and The Mayor of Unpub. Aside from babysitting adults who count candy, he wants everyone to do what they can to be the mayor of their community. Living outside Philadelphia, he has a 4 year old German Shepherd who is snoring as he types this.

Catherine Croft, Ph.D., is a neurobiologist/teacher/game designer who is passionate about science outreach.  She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Catlilli Games, whose mission is to create fun science-themed board games for children of all ages.

AnnaMaria Jackson-Phelps is the Editor in Chief of Girls Game Shelf and a tabletop games industry marketing consultant. Also known as the Sledgehammer.

Beneeta Kaur

Beneeta Kaur is a contributor for Girls’ Game Shelf. She discovered modern board games in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since. Aside from gaming with friends and family, Beneeta is a huge foodie, especially spicy food that makes her cry, lover of all things superhero related, and is an attorney in her free time.

Dan Letzring is a publisher located in Rochester NY. He is the owner of Letiman Games and co-owner of Galactic Raptor Games. Dan also co-hosts the podcast Breaking Into Board Games.
